Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate will have native-level Dutch and English communication skills, at least 6 months of experience in customer support, and a strong background in trading/investments/blockchain. They should also be able to work with CRM systems, possess analytical and research skills, and have a positive attitude.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building long-lasting relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends. You will also need to maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services and communicate effectively with developers and other departments.
