Support Expert for Shopify Optimization

The ideal candidate will deliver prompt and insightful support to customers.

They will understand each customer's unique needs, including business size, background, prior interactions, and goals, to offer personalized and strategic support.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound inquiries in real time, providing clear and helpful responses.
  • Open and monitor Jira tickets, escalating internally as needed.
  • Understand customer context (business size, goals) to offer relevant and strategic support.
  • Provide guidance on conversion rate optimization best practices with support from experts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech).
  • 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Team player in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proactive, customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand the customer's business.
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful and accurate responses.
Work Schedule:

Full-time, work-from-home. 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
