Order Management Specialist Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Order Management Specialist to manage order fulfillment processes from quote to cash.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the end-to-end order management process, with expertise in managing subscription orders using Zuora.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, including activation and billing.
  • Ensure data accuracy to maintain revenue integrity and support informed business decisions.
  • Anticipate potential issues and implement timely solutions to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Design and implement tools to optimize order fulfillment efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and execute process improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation for order management policies and procedures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team and partner with Finance, Billing, and Sales Operations on order management initiatives.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in SaaS or similar environments.
  • Strong business acumen and sales process knowledge (bookings, billings, and reporting).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and execute efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
