ERP Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP coordinator to join our team in a key role that involves direct communication with the job poster from Sagan Recruitment.

This is an independent contractor position where you will work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues to maintain efficient order flow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines and goals.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based team during EST working hours to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently as an independent contractor and manage multiple priorities to achieve goals.
  • Comfort working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting to collaborate effectively with the team.
