Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to develop impactful data solutions by connecting technology, data, and client needs.

This role involves working on projects like Amazon competitive intelligence in small, focused teams with a remote-first company that values flexibility, collaboration, and innovation.

  1. Build custom datasets for clients based on specifications.
  2. Collaborate with engineering and data teams to resolve data issues and create delivery pipelines.
  3. Develop automated queries, reports, and dashboards to demonstrate data value.
  4. Coordinate with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services to manage timelines and onboarding.
  5. Assist PM and TAM during customer calls regarding data.
  6. Participate in team communications via Scrum meetings and Slack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with customers on data integration and utilization.
  • Over 5 years of experience in data analysis and integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Ability to manage multiple commitments and set stakeholder expectations.
  • Attention to detail and quality ownership.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset and continuous improvement attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
  • Experience with data integration systems like FTP, S3, GCP, Azure.
