Technical Support Specialist - Networking and Cybersecurity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients via calls, chats, and emails.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via various communication channels
  • Resolve complex technical issues with accuracy and efficiency
  • Gather data to ensure accurate troubleshooting and resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
  • Prior experience in tech support or a similar role is mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including VPN, firewall, Amazon, and Azure services
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and working knowledge of ISP
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
  • Previous experience working with engineers
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco
