Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex problems. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and assistance in a courteous and effective manner.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • More than 1 year of technical support experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • A complex thinker and technical thinker to understand products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic technical support background
  • Experience in answering chats, emails, and calls
