Financial Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional who can manage and maintain accurate financial records. They should have a strong background in bookkeeping, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a proven track record of handling financial tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments while maintaining proper documentation.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of tax filings and audits.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop or online versions).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
