About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and job requirements, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

You will work closely with our team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our recruitment strategies are always cutting-edge. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to deliver a positive candidate experience, while your strong organizational and time-management skills will allow you to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong ability to partner with business leaders and translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
