Talent Acquisition Specialist


About the Role:

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to assess talent requirements and shepherd the time and resources at your disposal effectively. Your main goal will be to identify top talent in the market through phone and face-to-face interviews, present them to the organization, and facilitate their onboarding process.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with Engineering Managers and Hiring Managers to assess talent requirements
  • Identifying and engaging top talent in the market through various channels
  • Presenting the best candidates to the organization and facilitating their onboarding process
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless candidate experience
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs

Requirements:
  • Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition principles
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine interest in technology and continuous learning
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
