Legal Talent Sourcer / Recruiter">

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top legal talent with prestigious law firms.

As a Legal Talent Sourcer/Recruiter, you will be involved in every step of the recruitment process, from initial outreach to candidate placement. You will work closely with our founder to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage candidate relationships, and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.   • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, legal, or a phone-based role at a U.S. company">

  • Reliable high-speed internet and proficiency with remote tools (e.g., Zoom, CRM systems)">
