As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Payroll. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional employee experiences.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years' experience in AUS payroll processing, demonstrating expertise and a deep understanding of payroll systems and procedures.
- Proven track record of effective payroll processing and wage attachment, ensuring seamless operations.
- Proficiency in Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to tackle complex payroll-related issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration and clear communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, leveraging tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
