Job Title: Payroll Assistant

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to support our HR team in managing employee payroll and government-mandated benefits. This role ensures accurate, timely processing and helps maintain smooth HR operations while addressing employee questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, ensuring proper submission and timely processing of employee applications.
  • Process BIR (ORUS), SSS R1-A, PhilHealth ER-2, and update employee government records, including changes in status.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist in resolving payroll and benefits issues.
  • Review and manage billings from service providers, including security agencies.
  • Track updates for new hires and assist with bank account applications.
  • Support payroll operations and perform other HR-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with government portals (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in company government registrations is a plus.
  • Willing to work overtime when necessary.
  • Can start immediately.
