Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies related to unapplied cash.

You will work closely with internal and external clients to ensure accurate and timely resolution of payment issues. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement in our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies: Use your analytical skills to identify and research discrepancies related to unapplied cash. Work closely with internal and external clients to ensure accurate and timely resolution of payment issues.
  • Audit support: Provide audit support as required, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement in our financial processes. Develop and implement recommendations to optimize our financial operations.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically identifying and resolving discrepancies related to unapplied cash.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
