Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team.
About the Role:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer technical issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems (SQL, Linux, networking)
- Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Provide after-hours/holiday support when required
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support
- Linux OS support and network administration knowledge
- Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience
- Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure
- ITIL/ITSM background
