The Opportunity:We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations by documenting and routing support tickets accurately.
This position offers flexibility and convenience, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with an international team.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, review, and log all incoming support requests via phone, email, or internal systems.
- Create clear and detailed support tickets in the system, capturing relevant information to aid timely resolution.
- Route tickets efficiently to the appropriate Level 2 or specialized support teams.
- Maintain professional communication with end-users, especially in time-sensitive situations.
- Must have prior experience in a technical support environment, providing customer service and resolving issues.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platforms).
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for hardware, software, and network issues.
