Job Summary:

Sixeleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Technical Support / Quality Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of web applications through thorough testing and support. Ideal for individuals with an IT background, the position involves identifying issues, analyzing logs, and executing detailed test plans to maintain high-performance standards in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute detailed Test Plans with precision and consistency.
  • Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes of issues.
  • Perform optional exploratory testing to identify unlisted issues.
  • Debug technical problems related to cloud-based applications, APIs, and databases.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams.
  • Report bugs, anomalies, and usability issues accurately.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve defects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Background in IT with a strong understanding of cloud-based applications, APIs, and databases.
  • No programming experience required, but it is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Typing speed: 40–60 WPM.
  • Open to candidates with foundational knowledge; experience not required.
