
Sales Pipeline Manager

Seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales initiatives. In this role, you'll leverage AI tools to manage lead generation, conduct cold outreach, maintain accurate CRM records, and drive sales pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach, ensuring maximum efficiency in the sales process
- Manage outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients and foster meaningful relationships
- Coordinate appointment setting and calendar organization for sales calls, optimizing time and productivity
- Update and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) with precision and accuracy
- Track and report sales metrics, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations, showcasing expertise and professionalism
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion
- Proven experience as a Sales Operations Coordinator or similar role, preferably with a focus on sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar, with a strong understanding of their functionality and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations
- At least 1 year of remote work experience, with a proven track record of working independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and email sequencing platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales performance
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and applications
