Job Title: Account Growth Manager
We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Manager to oversee and expand key accounts within the excavator product line. This is a full-time position with opportunities for remote work.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our top excavator customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and develop relationships with key excavator accounts to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for major excavator deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each key account.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategy and maximise sales performance.
- Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance and pipeline.
- Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives for the excavator product line.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Familiarity with the excavator product category and the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
