**Job Overview**We are seeking a skilled Lead Generator to join our team. They will also run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and light calling.Key responsibilities include:
  • Qualifying prospects against agreed criteria, capturing detailed notes, and setting clear next steps.
  • Personalizing outreach by persona and brand, ensuring consistency with brand tone.
  • Maintaining CRM accuracy including stages, fields, tasks, and activity logging.
  • Collaborating with Marketing on sequences, EDMs, and leveraging content.
  • Providing weekly reports on activities, meetings, show rates, and SQLs per brand.
Requirements and SkillsThe ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent written and verbal English; strong persuasive communication skills.
  • Proven experience as an SDR/BDR (B2B preferred), with strong objection-handling abilities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to switch contexts across multiple products/brands.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and call tools.
