Our client has a vision to provide travelers with modern and expertly designed spaces, clean units and linens, fully stocked kitchens, and a place that feels better than home.

The role is for a sales professional responsible for prospecting and closing new vacation rental homeowners from an internal database, as well as growing the real estate agent referral network.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold call and prospect vacation rental owners from provided databases.
  • Qualify leads and assesses fit for our services.
  • Follow up via phone, email, and text using CRM workflows.
  • Conduct discovery and sales calls via phone or zoom.
  • Close agreements.
  • Reach out to real estate agents to build partnerships.
  • Track all sales activity in our CRM.
  • Provide weekly updates on pipelines, signed contracts, and outreach.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' sales experience, someone who can handle cold calls and close deals.
  • Strong B2B Sales Experience: Preferably full cycle, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in the real estate, financial services, or other high-trust, consultative sales roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong communicator with persistence.
  • Organized and metric driven.
  • CRM and phone systems experience.
