Are you looking for a career in customer support? We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

This role involves providing top-notch technical support to customers, including Neobanks and MFIs. You will work closely with our existing team of Support Specialists to deliver exceptional service to clients.

As a Technical Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving Customer Queries
  • Defining and Maintaining Performance Standards
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams
  • Maintaining Up-to-Date Knowledge of Product Features
  • Acting as an Escalation Point for Complex Customer Issues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 Years of Experience in Technical Support or Customer Service
  • Strong Understanding of APIs, Payments Integrations, and Best Practices in Technical Support
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles is a Plus
  • Experience with Customer Support Software (Ideally Zendesk) and SLA/KPI Management
