As an HR Business Partner Manager, you will be responsible for conducting weekly meetings with respective business units. You will also consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Additionally, you will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, any field, and at least 8-10 years of relevant working experience. You should have extensive labor relations experience, be familiar with C&B, Organizational Development, payroll and timekeeping software, and payroll process. Familiarity with HR Systems (Workday) is also required. The ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders is essential, as is experience in managing at least 500 FTEs.
