Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Address inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Utilize technical tools such as Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements:
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
