
Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation, and/or sales
- Resolve customer queries or close leads/sales through inbound calls
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) software through data entry
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Meet service level agreements set forth by the company
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent English communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 40WPM
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities
- Intelligence
- Hardware: Laptop/Desktop Intel i3 (7th gen or higher) / AMD Ryzen 3 (or higher) and 8 GB RAM
- OS: Windows 10 or higher (MacOS equivalent is allowed)
- Headset: A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB type headset with noise-cancelling feature
- Internet connection: Wired connection; minimum of at least 30 Mbps
- Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, AnyDesk, Gdrive, Discord
- Permanent work-from-home arrangement
