Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support professional to join our team in Davao City. This is a full-time position that provides assistance and troubleshooting to our customers on a wide range of technical issues.

The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, document customer interactions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, and analytical skills. You should also be able to quickly understand new technical concepts and updates, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, including software, hardware, and connectivity issues
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of support activities
  4. Escalaate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of BPO experience with technical support or customer service (B2B experience is preferred)
  • At least 6 months of technical support or client account management experience
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network issues, or SaaS products
  • High technical aptitude for resolving complex issues across various platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly understand new technical concepts and updates
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong attention to detail and task prioritization skills
  • Team-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
