Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

This is a full-time role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong orientation towards task completion, results, and strategic goals, and will be able to communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email with customers.

The successful candidate will also have fluency in English, both spoken and written, as well as strong knowledge of G-suite applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer questions over the phone and provide clear and effective solutions to their problems.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email with customers, ensuring timely resolution of their queries.
  • Diagnose and solve customers' problems via phone, email, and chat, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and manager to achieve team goals and objectives.
