We are seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day project operations and data management.

Job Description:

This position involves managing accurate reporting, stakeholder communications, and keeping projects on track. You will play a key part in ensuring the team has the data and insights needed to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include handling daily operations including reporting, project tracking, data entry, and stakeholder coordination. Project manage initiatives that involve complex processes and multiple stakeholders. Prepare weekly metric reports, ensuring data accuracy and presentable slides before sharing with stakeholders. Provide ad hoc support for projects and operational needs. Maintain data quality and ensure reports are actionable and error-free.

Requirements:

Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate some ambiguity is essential. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills is necessary. Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating multiple tasks is preferred. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are also required. Able to work PST hours.
