We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with the brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
