Job Title: Digital Marketing Support Specialist

Seeking a skilled and dedicated Digital Marketing Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support.

This role involves providing high-quality digital marketing support to our global customer base, handling inbound and outbound customer service activities via live chat, email, phone, and video conferencing.

  • Provide expert digital marketing guidance and support to customers worldwide
  • Respond to customer inquiries about product details, technical issues, billing concerns, and more
  • Log and update support tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of customer-reported incidents
  • Gather customer feedback on reported issues and collaborate with relevant departments for resolution
  • Develop strategic relationships with assigned accounts, conduct training sessions, and ensure consistent customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Assist with onboarding and training new customers, and maintain strong working relationships to ensure effective platform utilization and adherence to best practices
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B client service
  • Proven expertise in ticketing and live chat support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable and proficient in customer interactions
  • Ability to uphold high professional standards and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Capacity to manage customer escalations and challenging interactions in a calm and composed manner
  • Experience with CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office is highly desirable
  • Organizational skills with keen attention to detail and excellent time management
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Background in software support, particularly SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive
  • Account management expertise with a focus on client relations
  • Technological aptitude and adaptability
  • Knowledge of SEO, PR, and digital marketing principles
  • University degree
  • Outgoing, sociable, and engaging personality
