Marketing Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Client Management team by ensuring the smooth execution of client service and performance marketing functions.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to account management, digital advertising, and marketing analytics within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, monitoring communications, executing tasks related to campaign and budget management, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

You will directly support client success by enabling your team to deliver exceptional service and marketing performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Up to 2 years of relevant academic or professional experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently
  • Technically inclined and able to problem-solve in digital platforms
