Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to support our mortgage lending processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead qualification, application and documentation, client communication, and reporting tasks.

This is a remote opportunity that offers the chance to work with a team of industry leaders who have successfully scaled business process outsourcing (BPO) operations in the past.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Qualification & CRM Support - Assist in vetting and qualifying inbound leads from various sources, maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, and monitor shared inboxes for timely follow-up.
  • Application & Documentation Support - Prepare and lodge client applications under guidance from sales associates, ensure all supporting documents are complete and compliant with regulatory standards, and track outstanding items for timely submission.
  • Client Communication & Service - Draft client emails and follow-up messages post-meeting or post-settlement, support calendar scheduling for client calls and virtual meetings, and assist with post-settlement servicing tasks such as loan increases or document updates.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement - Maintain task logs, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, prepare weekly reports on lead conversion, application status, and service level agreement (SLA) adherence, and identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong written English and customer service orientation
  • High attention to detail and task ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with mortgage lending processes and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
