This role lets you navigate mortgage processes while staying rooted at home, building expertise that puts your career on the global map. You'll shape property finance journeys and grow into the next level of your profession.

As a Loan Processor, you will manage pre-credit loan processing tasks including retention pricing, valuations, data entry, and post-settlement support, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of loan applications.

The goal is to provide excellent service by handling various tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct retention pricing of existing client book
  • Prepare servicing calculators for brokers
  • Send welcome emails and initial data requests to new clients
  • Enter data for new clients and update existing client records
  • Request, index, and organize supporting documents, identifying missing items
  • Request pricing discounts from lenders and order valuations
  • Organize property reports and prepare broker tools like Quickli, strategy sheets, and loan options mud maps
  • Draft lender application notes and support brokers with lender option prep
  • Call lenders for updates and assist with post-settlement loan account summaries
  • Prepare detailed post-settlement breakdowns for clients
  • Assist in preparing and managing discharge forms for settlements

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing (pre- or post-settlement)
  • Familiarity with pricing and valuation processes
  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Mercury, FLEX, SalesTrekker, or Symmetry
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, commercially minded, and eager to learn
  • Bachelor's or College Degree (any field)
  • A team player who learns quickly, communicates clearly, and follows through
  • Exercises sound judgment and takes ownership of tasks
