Job Title: Clinical Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Insights Analyst to join our team. This role will involve conducting clinical audits of prescribing practitioners and other care team members, utilising data insights to assess consultations, documentation, and patient interactions against clinical standards.

About the Role:
  • Clinical Audits: Conduct thorough clinical audits of prescribing practitioners and care team members, ensuring that they meet clinical standards.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise data insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in patient care.
  • Presentations: Present findings to the clinical team in Australia, contributing to the enhancement of the safety and quality of our clinical services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with practitioners and patients, following established protocols from the Australian team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate remotely with our Australian colleagues and work as part of our larger Eucalyptus team.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for improving the quality and safety of our clinical services.
About You:
  • You are a licensed healthcare professional—a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or dietitian—with at least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.
  • You are comfortable using computers and digital tools, including Mac systems and Google Workspace.
  • You are detail-oriented and process-driven, able to follow structured workflows with accuracy and consistency.
  • You demonstrate strong time management skills and can efficiently prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
