Job Summary

Nulogy is a technology company that empowers collaboration and agility within the supply chain. Our software platform helps Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies reduce waste, costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Serving customers via email and phone with day-to-day inquiries to ensure exceptional experiences
  2. Managing customer expectations by following up on promises and tracking time commitments in support ticket tracking tools
  3. Logging all customer communications for accurate record-keeping
  4. Understanding customer business processes and software system relationships to provide informed support
  5. Completing regular tasks for customers, such as report creation, and ensuring reported defects are thoroughly tested and documented
  6. Collaborating with our development team to resolve incidents timely and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  7. Updating internal and customer-facing knowledge bases with new support articles, videos, and training material
  8. Able to occasionally travel and visit customers for face-to-face interaction

About You

  • Providing excellent customer experiences and building strong relationships with customers and their employees
  • Eager to deliver friendly, empathetic, patient, and personable support even under stressful circumstances
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to think critically, speak effectively, and type accurately
  • Showing a strong ability to solve problems creatively and systematically, with great attention to detail and organized thinking
  • Demonstrating strong technical, software, and internet experience
  • Available for rotational on-call After Hours Support
  • 3+ years of customer/technical service experience

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Microsoft Excel, or other relevant technologies
  • Experience in supply-chain, EDI, logistics, manufacturing, or packaging
  • Multilingualism in languages such as Spanish, French, Mandarin, or others
