
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer support specialist to join our world-class team.
This is a critical role responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued, and representing the brand online at all times.
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar customer support role, with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues.
- Proficiency with Zendesk and modern telephony systems is a must.
- Candidates with experience in the US e-commerce market are preferred.
About This Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service via in-app live chat, phone, and email. You will think critically and proactively to solve complex problems, taking ownership of issues from start to finish.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely, effective resolutions. You will also document all customer interactions and resolutions in Zendesk to maintain a clear record and identify recurring issues.
