Customer Care Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Team Leader to drive sales growth and enhance customer retention by providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to our teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the English language, including spoken and written, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be able to effectively lead and manage team leaders and members, with different scopes and lead indicators to monitor.
