Solar Business Growth Specialist
">Pi Energy seeks a skilled Solar Business Growth Specialist to drive the expansion of our solar business. The successful candidate will develop and implement ecosystem models that optimize costs, drive customer acquisition, and ensure competitiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, with experience in finance or modelling. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required. The role involves developing strategy and growth plans for assigned areas, handling end-to-end customer pipelines, and ensuring project proposals provide the best technical solution at the right financial offer.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the development of solar ecosystem models, finding external partners and suppliers, and collaborating with various teams to deliver projects.
We are looking for a talented individual who can lead 2-3 direct reports, has proven experience working with stakeholders, and possesses excellent communication and execution skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- At least 2 years' work experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Preferably with experience in Finance or Modelling.
