About The Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll serve as the welcoming voice that answers client inquiries and engages them, laying the foundation for trust. You'll guide clients from their first call to a formal consultation with our legal experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls, answering questions, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys.
  • Own the client journey by coordinating appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
