We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Receptionist to join our team at Tahj/Nsdmm Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and guests, manage front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and manage administrative tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Highly personable appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Proficient in office software and phone systems
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background/experience in events handling
  • Living around Metro Manila preferred
