Administrative Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Receptionist to join our team at Tahj/Nsdmm Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and guests, manage front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and manage administrative tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Highly personable appearance and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Proficient in office software and phone systems
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background/experience in events handling
- Living around Metro Manila preferred
