Job Description

Ergo Contract Phil Inc. is seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timekeeping Management: Accurately record and process Department timekeeping in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Attendance Verification: Check attendance and verify approval of leave, overtime, and schedule applications across all Departments.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain organized, efficient, and accurate records/filing systems for payroll records, both electronic and printed copies.
  • Administrative Support: Administer day-to-day Human Resources activities, providing essential support to the team.

Requirements
