Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Travel Solutions Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences to guests from around the world.

As a Travel Solutions Expert, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service and support to meet the unique needs of each guest. You will be empowered to make creative decisions using tools and market insight to deliver tailored travel solutions that drive revenue and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver industry-leading reservation solutions in multiple languages.

  • Demonstrate knowledge, passion, and pride for Brand Hearted behaviors.

  • Navigate global and cultural diversity of guests and business needs.

  • Meet or exceed performance expectations (revenue, conversion, quality, partner offers, guest satisfaction, etc.).

  • Build rapport with guests through active listening, maintaining a conversational approach for a warm and friendly guest experience.

  • Inspire loyalty through personalized service driven by guest needs.

  • Proactively find solutions to drive results, taking accountability and considering ideas and feedback from others.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Some secondary school; high school diploma preferred but not required.

For Mexico: High school diploma minimum; college degree in Tourism or similar preferred.

Experience:

Previous call center experience in sales capacity or other call handling experience preferred.

Hotel/travel experience desired.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong customer service and sales skills, balancing sales with service.

  • Strong bilingual communication skills – listening, written, verbal.

  • Social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity.

  • Customize generic information.

  • Web-based navigation skills.

  • Ability to embrace technological and organizational changes.
