Financial Expertise for a Growing Organization

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to drive business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate monthly, annual forecasts, and budgets for operational expenses.
  • Forecast accurately, aligning assumptions with stakeholders and understanding spend patterns.
  • Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to inform better decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries.
  • Establish efficiency metrics to inform growth.
  • Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Reconcile healthcare costs for the organization.
  • Partner closely with business partners to understand their needs.
  • Support the Sales team to ensure accuracy and alignment of commissions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
