Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative and operational support for the ongoing management of Cirtuo. This role involves ensuring seamless user access management, implementing and maintaining category tree/spend taxonomy updates, overseeing the central upload and validation of spend data, coordinating and following up on management information (MI) data requests, maintaining and updating the SharePoint site and landing pages, and managing the Project and Core Team calendar.

Key Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong digital acumen with experience in tools like SharePoint, Excel, and data management platforms is essential.
  • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
