We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team as an Operations Executive Assistant.
About the Role:The Operations Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations and management activities of our organization.
You will work closely with senior executives to streamline processes, manage schedules, and coordinate various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare documents, and provide overall administrative support to senior executives.
- Operational Projects: Assist in coordinating and executing operational projects and initiatives that drive business growth.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve organizational goals.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making by senior management.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to work remotely and US hours Monday to Friday.
