Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communications.
  • Answer guest phone calls and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high standards of service.
  • Update reservations accurately for proper accounting.
  • Liaise with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve channel-specific issues.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency with online booking channels (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, etc).
  • Familiarity with short-term rental property management systems (Guesty).
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google sheets, Google docs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
