We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO team as Customer Service Representatives for a UK campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to UK-based customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, handling a range of requests from product information to troubleshooting and complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve product/service issues and troubleshoot complaints
  • Assist with account queries, billing, and payment processing.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

Qualifications:

  • College level - minimum of 2 years completed without back subjects + 1 yr experience in BPO
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and systems
  • Amendable to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig
