- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Philippine market landscape, including cultural nuances, economic factors, and potential growth areas.
- Competitive Awareness: Awareness of competitive offerings and trends in the local software or technology sector.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrates accountability and leadership when managing deliverables and cross-department coordination.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (additional language skills relevant to the region are a strong advantage).
