**Job Summary**
Tamaray People Solutions Corporation is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and providing solutions that meet their unique needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building: Establish good relationships and maintain quality service to clients at all times.
- Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established time limits.
- Call Management: Manage large volumes of incoming calls and provide accurate information.
- Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with TOPAZ system and practices.
