Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English and Cantonese language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3+ years' experience in a Customer Success role.
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
